Rolling Mill Stand

Manufacturing & Exporting to cater the severe mill conditions

MKES develops and exports a variety of rolling mill stands to accommodate both long and flat items. We offer conventional supports that are reasonably priced in both fibre bearing and anti-friction bearing options. The stands are toughly constructed to withstand the harsh mill conditions. The stands come in open and closed varieties.

The current generation stands called as pre-stressed stands consistently retain stock sizes. They benefit from both the sturdiness of a closed top and the ease of roll changing of an open top. These come in 3 High and 2 High configurations in both sizes. The greatest solutions for reducing roll change times are housing-less stands for highly productive mills. These are conceptually designed like cassettes, and the roll change only takes about 10 to 15 minutes.

MKES offers various types of mill stands mentioned below:
  • 3-Hi Stands and 2-Hi Stands
  • Mill Stand with Fibre bearing and Anti-friction Bearing
  • Vertical & Horizontal Mill Stands
  • Housing Less Mill Stands
